Room minimally clean,ROACHES! Shaded parking+, not what expected from Wyndem affiliation

Dusty walls; many, many marks and stains on floor, walls, and woodwork. Parking in front of rooms full of cigarette butts and small trash. Price was cheap but definitely not worth the bargain. Needs extensive deep cleaning and repainting.

We enjoy everything about our stay

Staff was extremely helpful and this was a great low price hotel very close to busch gardens and water country usa. Didn’t do the free breakfast but they had one. Pool behind the hotel was actually nice and cool being in the shade of the building in the afternoon. The internet was terrible and i ended up having to hotspot my phone but they are working on it. Also the ac was kinda loud but it kept up in 100+ temps. Its not a newer or highend hotel but pretty nice for a budget hotel right there at the parks. Btw IMO beds are kinda firm but i like a really soft bed so YMMV

We had a lovely weekend stay at the Inn at Warner Hall. The estate and grounds are beautiful, right on the river; service was exceptional, dinner and breakfast were very good, everything was immaculately clean with luxurious amenities in our room. Upon arrival, there were chocolate covered peanuts from a local peanut company in our room, stainless steel water bottles for us to keep, and luxury bath/body products for our use. Coffee service was delivered to our room each morning at the time of our choosing, which we enjoyed each morning on the upstairs porch. Such a serene experience. We definitely felt pampered during our stay and can't wait to visit again in the future.
